I had to drive from 2.5 hours a way and learned when I got there that I could have dropped off my rental car, and that was not communicated to me, or taken into consideration when getting updates on timing of the finish of the repair.

I was very dissatisfied with your customer service for most of the time you had the car. Near the end Leo was assigned & he was great on follow-through - letting know the status issues. Prior to that I was given contradictory or no information with no follow up on commitments to contact me. Very frustrating except for Leo!

I am very impressed with several things that you fine folks have done. First is the amazing work that you did! My car looks fantastic!! Great job and I applaud such professionalism. Second, the car was completed before the projected estimated time, saving me money in car rental costs. Third, nice, friendly staff. Lastly the car looked clean. Now for the constructive criticism: 1) the car is making a low humming noise when I reach 52 mph. This is something that must have occurred after my crash. I have not notified you yet because I was going to call you later today. Secondly, I was hoping to either get a ride to your shop, so I could pick up my car and drive it home or have someone from your shop drive my car home and then I could give them a ride back to work. I was told no. I asked for any suggestions and the nice young woman on the phone could not offer any suggestions to solve the problem. Luckily my car rental place told me that I could just leave the keys with you folks and then pick up the car later. It’s too bad your young lady didn’t know that fact because she could have saved me a trip all the way from Indio to the Enterprise Rental location in Cathedral City.

An auto body shop is a place you don't want to be a repeat customer but it's the only place I would allow to work on my car. From the moment you walk in the door at I0, you are greeted with this warm and comforting smile from everyone behind the counter. The job they do is A1 from immediately looking at the damage, fair estimates, contacting Enterprise rental and arranging for a driver from enterprise to pick you up and taking you to the nearest enterprise location. When your car is finished you simply drop your rental at I10 collision and pick up your car. These folks have it together .
