Tony and others there really worked with me. Would not release the suv until he felt everything was right. Had an issue with air conditioning and again wanted to make it right. Found a faulty fan.

I was told a couple times my vehicle would be ready for pick up on Friday. I returned the rental car and it wasn’t ready. The car actually had to go to a Ford dealership for additional repair. Two weeks later it was ready.
