I would’ve giving them a 10 but it wasn’t any communication between them and myself I had to call to ask about my car my car was in the shop for over 2 months. The person who was my contact person MIA wasn’t letting me know anything at all… overall the work was amazing did a really good job my car looks amazing

Lies claiming I told them to check something other than things was accident related. Didn’t listen to me then tried to charge me all this money to do work that wasn’t that expensive.

Was treated like a criminal an talked to as if I owed them something other than being a customer. The heavier size woman in the office was disrespectful cause I didn’t agree with what they were saying about my vehicle an told the skinnier receptionist to refund me my money after I already paid cause I didn’t agree with them saying my car was not safe to drive when prior to the accident it was driving fine. THEY BEOKW MY LUG NUTS AN I HAD TO REPLACE IT AN THE HUB AN PAY TO HAVE IT TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP TO BE REPAIRED

The gaps between the track and number are different from the left and from the right side . I told them about that when I left my car for repair . It wasn’t fix. Th cracks and scratches on the bumper was fix ok , not even perfect because I still can see the bump .
