Donna and Alex kept me informed from start to finish. I had detailed calls letting me know where my vehicle’s reconstruction was in process. My Jeep looks amazing! Paint was matched perfectly, all new parts are in place and it was washed and detailed...looks just like it did 5 months ago when I bought it off the lot! I am so impressed with the service I received. The damage to my Jeep was extensive and there was so much broken glass everywhere. I was worried the seats were going to be damaged. But everything looks great!!!! This was a very traumatic experience for me-both the fact that I had been hit by a deer (which had never happened to me before) and that my vehicle was but 4 months old. Alex was amazing and calmed my anxiety every step of the way. I also appreciate the way my insurance company was informed. Don’t EVER want to have to take my Jeep in for those kinds of repairs again, but would most definitely go back because of the service I received, if necessary!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
