From the minute I got there, everyone was so helpful. Faith the adjuster was great to help explain the damage and the process. Stephanie was awesome with helping all the paperwork and facilitate the rental (I thought everyone was all good with state farm but something got messed up) They even offered to put the rental on their shop in the interim while state farm got it corrected by one of the guys there, sorry I didn't catch his name. To top it off, it was done two days earlier than expected, which was nice to have our vehicle back. Thanks team at Graham."
