Dropped my truck off Thursday was told two separate times it would be 1-2 days. No communication day one. I called day two. Had to be called back. Told me it would be done Wed by 5:30. Wed at 5:15 I called. Was told the person in charge of it was gone for the day and my truck was not at dewey nor were there keys. So not done. I was told a note would he wrote and Id get a call first thing in the morning. I had to call at 1 pm to check in and was told the truck is there and done. When I got the truck I was told the guy fixing it had a family emergency. Which we can all understand. But when I was told 1-2 days and had zero communication without me prompting it is frustrating. Especially when it took 5 days to complete."
