Completed repairs were perfectly done on my motor home. Front end damage due to deer strike. Also, scheduling of repairs was handled with great flexibility as the timing involved working around a scheduled camping trip. The staff at the facility were very helpful and friendly. Communication via text and E-mail was also helpful in keeping me informed about the stages of the repair process. Dewey Collision Center also worked well with my insurer. Overall I am very pleased with the way my motor home was repaired, and if I am in need of any other collision repair in the future, I will definitely be going back to Dewey Collision Center.

Other than scratches on the bumper from installing grill, the team did a great job! Jake Simmons was very friendly and easy to work with. i’m glad my truck didn’t get totaled.

The person who did the inspection is a liar. He did communicate clearly and lied about is needed to fix. He fixed my car without my full consent.

I was at Dewey Collision Center for estimates. They only gave me a partial estimate. When I asked for a full estimate, they forced me to fix my car at their center. While I was still waiting for the full estimates, they already done fixing my car. It only lasted a few days after I picked up my car, we noticed that my car is not fixed as they promised. We have to take it to another workshop to fix it because we don’t trust Dewey Collision Center. They are not reliable, not helpful, and can’t fix the car well.

Was told when the glass would be in, a week after that date I called because I hadnt heard anything. Got a new estimated date. Had to call back after that to finally get it scheduled. Would have been helpful for dewey to call and keep me in the loop.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to bring it in for the same spot. The door was sagging from the factory and rubbing paint off the door and inside door frame causing it to rust. When I picked it up after the 2nd fix, there was a new dent and screws were stripped and looked like the paint had all been removed. Making this the 3rd time I’ll have to bring it in to get fixed
