Im satisfied with the repair. BUT I am very upset that my car hood was open and almost caused an accident from it popping up while I was on the interstate.

Chris was very good about keeping me updated on the condition of my vehicle and what stage in the repair process they were at. When he had to wait for something to get shipped in, he made sure to contact me right away and inform me of the delay. Excellent customer service on their part!
