Considering my circumstances … out of state, limited time in Des Moines, etc. staff was very helpful in coordinating appointment; rental; and keeping me informed along the way.

Brooklyn was excellent. I was to have a rental ready the day after bringing in the vehicle & it was not there. Enterprise agent could not find the order, was confused ( bordering rude), and was telling me it would be 2/3 days before he had anything. Brooklyn intervened and had them picking us up within 15 minutes and over to Enterprise for my rental.

they need to fine tune their communication. we were told 5 different dates the car would be done after they had all the parts - spanning in over a weeks time. we got a text saying it would be done "tomorrow by 5" and 20 min later rec'd a call saying it would be done in 30 min. the timing mattered to us because we were paying for a rental car.

Caliber was great to work with. They handled everything with my insurance and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle from start to finish. The customer service staff was incredibly friendly and knew their stuff. They also helped me return my rental car, which made the whole experience even easier. I’d definitely recommend Caliber to others.
