Repair was easy and to the point. Staff were all polite and friendly. Dropoff and pickup were handled with no issues. Technician provided excellent and timely updates to the status of repair for the car. However had some difficulty with being told when car was ready for pickup — I called day of supposed pickup and they said it would be an hour or so more and they would call me. Did not recieve this call nor text, I had to call in again and was plainly told "yes its ready".It was on a Friday afternoon close to your and the rental's closing time, so it made timing very tricky when mixed with my weekend plans.
