She did me a favor with my sunglasses went out to the lot and picked them up for me so I could stop by and pick them up went out of her way to do, but wasn’t really required of her and the bodywork and all the extras that you did for me will never be forgotten and I have told so many and we had excellent service when we were down in New Mexico with a truck that was totaled, but I am so pleased and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You don’t know what it meant to me for the care and the kindness. That everyone there showed me"
