We just wanted the job completed to our satisfaction and it was not. We brought the car back two times to correct the issues and still the job was not acceptable. When we tried to drop off the car again for the third time for the issues to be taken care of, we were treated poorly with a lack of customer service. The service advisor could not get past the door ding that happened after we picked up the car, even though we told him it did indeed happen after we picked up the car, and we were willing to pay out of pocket to repair the door ding. Issues we had with the job: Overspray on other parts of the car, clumps in the paint, blotchy paint and bowed edge where repair was made. Lack of attention to the details that matter in any car paint job. Very unhappy and will request through my insurance company that another auto body repair shop redo the job the way it should have been done the first time.

They did not repair my front bumper damage caused by there tow truck driver. They did repair the ignition and door lock, and detailed the interior very well! I had to return the truck to repair console shift linkage which became detached. Not sure what caused this detachment. It could have been from the thievs or the truck driver putting the truck into neutral to be able to tow
