From the moment I called after my accident to the moment I was able to pick up my car, Jeff, his family members, and employees were just so amazing and helpful. The time estimate that was initially given went from a week to a month. When given a loaner vehicle, they were often in need of maintenance or needed fuel upon pickup. When picking up the vehicle, it wasn’t ready for another hour only until I arrived they finished. Right light not connected, had to go back to fix.
