Gal that checked me out was a little rude when I asked about the fees. Albert quoted me one price but it was more when I picked up the truck. I questioned the bill but all she said was "that's what it came out to be" no explanation no reason.

I had Ikon replace my dented/warped door on my 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E. Their quote was very reasonable (1/3 the price compared to the dealership) and the owner was super friendly so I decided to go with them. They did a fantastic job! The color match was perfect and I couldn’t tell the door has been replaced. They even wash my car and vacuum the interior for me, and gave me rides to and from my house! Particularly worthy of mentioning was the owner Ivan was super friendly and great to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

Albert took wonderful care of me. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and truly made me feel heard. I think the only thing that delayed the process was Tesla insurance since they take a while at responding back, but as soon as that was sorted it was smooth sailing. My car came out wonderful! Honestly looks better than before the accident. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos been involved in a collision! Thank you.
