Becky checked my car in with friendly professionalism, and Mark was knowledgeable in describing what needed to be done, patient while answering my questions and thorough in explaining the repairs when I picked up my car. Text messages to my phone kept me apprised of the repair progress, and I was even able to just drop off my rental car at Caliber when I picked up my repaired car - they coordinated with Enterprise to have it returned. They also worked directly with the insurance company of the guy who hit my car, so I didn't have to do anything other than drop off/pick up my car. They have incredible customer service, they do quality bodywork, and I would recommen"
