Text messages to my phone kept me apprised of the repair progress, and I was even able to just drop off my rental car at Caliber when I picked up my repaired car - they coordinated with Enterprise to have it returned. They also worked directly with the insurance company of the guy who hit my car, so I didn't have to do anything other than drop off/pick up my car. They have incredible customer service, they do quality bodywork, and I would recommen"
