Image Auto are truly Experts in there field. Whether you have Insurance or not they will work with you. While my vehicle’s damage was not catastrophic, it required a higher knowledge because of sensors and paint thickness and materials that could affect these unique parts and their properties. Image has everything to make your vehicle look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I would never trust anyone else to do body work on my vehicles. They are simply the best in the business! I have driven by this place more times than I can count over the years I have lived here. Luckily I haven't needed their services until now. After looking at reviews and on neighborhood pages I set an appointment for an estimate. Even with other customers I didn't have to wait too long. This is our second time to use Image Autobody to repair our Mazda CX9. From start to finish, you are in complete communication with the staff. Image Autobody uses a text application to tell you the status of your vehicle. If you have a question at any time, you know you will reach someone who will return your text. I would like to shout out to Jessica at the front desk. She’s fantastic with helping you get your repair started as well as setting up a loaner vehicle!! I heard not too far in the future you guys will be a location for Hertz Rental cars. What a game changer! We’d like to give a huge thanks to the painters! They have done a fantastic job matching the pearlescent white on our CX9!! We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done!!!
