Very satisfied Was easy to get a quote Provided a paper copy that they knew the insurance company would need Went 2 other places in the area and they were not nearly as good 1st gave a quote but was not nearly as knowledgeable and tried to say there was more damage then there was and did not give a paper copy so was unable to use them 2nd place was very hard to get a person to come out and see the car At Image auto body, I was able to walk in and someone came out to see my car immiediatley, they told me what was wrong and how they would need to fix it Gave me a detailed copy of the parts that needed to be fixed and how much it would cost Very knowledgeable If we ever have car damage again, which I hope we don’t, I would definetly use y’all again
