I asked that they call me if it was going to be much more than the estimated amount, I understand that they used a manufacturer's part, I just would have liked a phone call to let me know before it was installed that it was going to be more than $50 over the estimate. However overall I would say I am extremely satisfied and they are very legit people that work there and take good care of their customers

So far so good. Willing to help with insurance and rental car. Was able to get me OME parts instead of used parts or aftermarket parts. Took less time for the repairs than it did to get the insurance company to come out and approve. GREAT customer service! Jessica was great. Everyone else was too. Will definitely recommend.

The people at Image Auto Body were incredibly helpful and kind through the entire process. The work done to our vehicle looks great, and they even went above and beyond my expectation by detailing the interior of our vehicle before pickup. Hopefully we don’t need another body repair shop any time soon, but if we do, Image has our business.

Image Body is awesome. I have taken my car to them twice. They dealt with my insurance company. Arranged my rent car. They kept my posted on the progress of my repair. The owner and the employees are very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them Highly for any body repair. They worked with me for pick up since it was ready on a Friday at closing to be able to pick it up on Saturday morning. They had my vehicle detailed. I will use them for any future repairs.
