When I left my car at image on Tuesday. 9-9, employee Jessica asked what my Allstate claim # was. I then showed her the # on my phone. Apparently she didn’t even write this # down because she called me back the next Tuesday. 9-16 and asked me a second time for this #. 2. On Tue. 9-30 I called image and asked employee Jessica if she had any idea when the work on my car would finally be completed? She said either Thursday 10-2 or Friday 10-3. I then called image back on Thursday 10-2 and asked Jessica about the progress of my car. She then replied to me with a really bad attitude and said “ don’t you read the texts that we send you about your car at all ! “ 3. On Monday 10-6 when I went to image to pick up my car the owner walked with me to the left rear door which is the one that they had to replace due to my previous accident. I then looked at the door and told him that they had done a great job in replacing it. I then asked him where my old battery was at because on Friday 10-3 his employee Paul informed me that my old battery was dead and so I went and bought a new one and brought it to him on that day. The owner then got on his radio and informed one of is employee that he needed the old battery back. I really don’t quite understand why the old battery wasn’t already placed in my trunk area.
