Not only was my vehicle repaired, but other less noticeable details were addressed, e.g. my headlight that wasn’t broken was buffed out to match my new one that was. My bumpers were polished and the entire vehicle was shined and polished. The inside was vacuumed and air freshened. When I got into the vehicle, it smelled and felt like I had just purchased it.

My general experience was great. I have no major complaints. However, there was a tire, in my trunk that I presumed was my spare and didn’t understand why it wasn’t put back. I take responsibility for this, my not asking before I left. If it is a way to get support with it, I would be very appreciative.

Estimate was fine by me. The work was completed to my satisfaction. My front doors had a hollow sound and Image Auto Body corrected the annoying sound of cheap doors. I am grateful to IAB for saving me the pain of listening to those doors. 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. Excellent workmanship and exlempary customer service . Highly recommended !
