The car looks great and was fixed ahead of schedule. I got updates on progress and Darek came to my house afterwards to fix one last piece. All insurance payments were handled by the shop which made the process easy. Iâm very happy with the experience.

100% happy with the service! Owner is super nice and helpful , it was completed in a very timely manor and I loved the text messages updating me ! Imperial Auto was great! They were helpful, pleasant and efficient. It was extremely seemless between them and my insurance company. My car looks amazing and they went above and beyond and cleaned the whole interior of my car. I highly reccomend.

I did not know about Imperial Auto, until my daughter was rear-ended recently, and Liberty Mutual recommended them. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Darek at Imperial is extremely professional, and kept me informed throughout as to the progress of the repairs. The car is as good as new, and done on schedule.
