This is my second time bringing my car to Imperial Auto in just two months (unfortunately, thanks to back-to-back accidents), and once again they did an amazing job! The team is professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. My car looks and drives like new—again—and they got everything done quickly without cutting corners. Great job by Imperial Auto - our vehicle looks as good as new, beautiful finish, can’t tell at all where the fender was dented. Also appreciate that they took the time. To identify every part behind the fender that was damaged and replaced those as well. They handlers all the paperwork with the insurance company we didn’t have to do anything for that. And they finished the work two days earlier than promised! Highly recommend Imperial auto!

Imperial Auto did a fantastic job on our daughter’s BMW repair- you can’t tell there was ever an accident- the paint job is flawless! They did a very thorough inspection to make sure there was no hidden damage and did discover some parts that needed replacing behind the bumper. We really appreciated this since we want her to be absolutely safe when driving. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance and kept us updated. Very positive experience all around - highly recommend!!

I really appreciated the ease with which everything came together. Darak took my concerns with timing into consideration. He was organized and on top of everything with my insurance and the rental car place. Excellent customer service. My car looks amazing. It was returned cleaned inside and out.
