The new front bumper has ripples on the driver side and passenger side. Greg ordered a new bumper, still waiting to hear status of when to bring vehicle back to have the bumper replaced. Also at least two bolts missing in the front undercarriage where the bumper attaches.. Another issue, the paint blending on the front passenger door under the side mirror looks splotchy. Will need to be fixed when the vehicle is back at Imperial Body Shop.

It’s frustrating that Greg does not have voice mail or text capability to communicate. Every time I get a call, it goes straight to my voice mail and it may not be right away before I get the message. No, the number is not blocked in my phone. Kind of frustrating how long this whole issue is taking to get resolved. Also frustrating that the frame on my vehicle was supposed to get checked and my vehicle stat at the shop for an extra week and then I get a call telling me the machine is broken. Thankfully, Wendy Herrera of AAA helped to arrange the frame check at Gerber Collision nearby.
