friendly staff always able to answer questions but need a better communication and the work was great just need to be careful and making sure everything is covered well because the inside of my car got stained with paint

Communication was problematic. Called and was put on hold then hung up on, twice. Told parts were all in then told still waiting on a part. Told car would be ready on Tuesday, then on Wednesday told it would be Friday at closing time. On Monday I picked up the car and the detail person did a little extra without charge to improve the appearance.
