Communication was horrible. I understand that Cristal had a bunch of days off and didn't have time for status updates which is why I would always call to get updates and all I got was excuses and empty promises of call backs. I had my car in the shop for 3 weeks so it was longer than what they had quoted me initially. Had they been upfront about the possible delays, I would have understood and adjusted my expectations.

I have used them twice…and both times have been the best experience you can have, while your car needs fixed. They are on top of it, and it is small enough that you always deal with same person! And they fix your car right!!!

I REGRET taking my car there. Expensive for one. I’ve taken it back three times for them to fix paint runs. Buff marks. And now after they painted my front bumper and reinstalled it. It’s broken and it needs to be replaced. Now they want my insurance to pay them more money when they should’ve seen that when they painted it. My car is stock height. The excuse is that it has scrapes under the bumper because it’s too low. ITS STOCK HEIGHT. ORIGINAL. Nobody has touched that car but them. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY OTHER CARS THERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY. My overall experience was TERRIBLE. I hope no one else goes through this with them. Good luck. Find someone else.
