I will start by saying that i will address by name versus the staff at IEC. Donna, Amanda, and Ricky they were a blessing to work with. Amanda, always a delight in speaking with her she answered all of my questions and if she didnt have the answer to my question she go find out, and not once did i hear her smack her teeth, what a pleasure to working with Amanda. I think I called Donna and Ricky more than a jealous spouse, but every single time my call was answered. It was answered with the highest level of professionalism, they were never rude to me. Every time I talked to Ricky I felt like I was talking to family. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but if I do, I know what shop I am requesting to go to! My car drives better than the day I bought it. It's rare to find professionalism and quality work IEC is where it's at! Amanda, Donna and Ricky and the rest of the team. Inland empire just took too long for the repair and I was told that it was going to be done by 2-3 weeks so I had to rent the car for longer and now they told me that they were not sure they’re going to reimburse no happy for that part but the work was great.
