They were very nice and professional, very patient with my insurance because honestly, my insurance made it so much harder and take so much longer than it needed to. The work Inland Empire did was amazing though and my car looks brand new.

I wouldn’t. 5 weeks for repairs is a long time to wait.

Truck is working great so far. However, repairs took over a month and when we went to pick it up initally, it was pulling to the side, the breaks were loose and the check engine kept coming on. Once we shared our concerns they were corrected however it took two additional days to get the truck back.

Communication was good, weekly text messages with expected finish date, however, the last week communication (after repair time was extended), I would have liked to be updated more frequently on what was going on, if the part came in, if the truck was being worked on , new estimated finish date ect
