I’m very happy with the repairs to my car. The work was handled with professionalism and expertise, and I appreciated being kept informed throughout the process. They did a really good job, but for some reason they missed an issue with seal for the a/c. That said, they went above and beyond to fix it the next day. They even came to pick up the car and drop it off when done. Great service

Car overheated on the way home. Kudos to Vinny and another engineer for swing by after hours to add coolant but they didn't check anything and it overheated again this morning. Can't reach the number because the mailbox is full so hoping to reach a human somehow.

The quality of the work so far seems to be excellent. The staff were all very helpful. The automated communications were not as good - most of the status updates we received came days after the actual milestones happened.
