They were very diligent and thorough about the handing of this repair job. They texted the status of the work to me on a regular basis and handled the extension of the car rental as needed. They also handled the details of coordinating with the car rental company for the pickup of the car from their place of business. Lastly, the result is exactly what was expected. The car looks just as good as it had before the deer strike.
