Personnel (all) give customer service the way it used to be done and should always be done. My vehicle repair was completed in a time frame that was completely satisfactory and reasonable for a customer to demand. International collision did an excellent job repairing my truck. They also did so in a very timely way. Despite the number of vehicles they had to repair they were able to fit my repairs in very quickly. The team was also excellent to deal with and also found the process of texting updates was really efficient. I always felt informed and had a good idea of when everything would be complete. I would highly recommend.
