I was not given status updates. I was told by James Stone that the car would likely be ready on April 20th when I spoke to him that day. Then late that day I was told the check engine light was on and the back up camera did not work. I did not hear from anyone on the 21st so I called at 4pm that day. James said that he did not know what the code was for the check engine light and had no idea how it was going to be fixed. He said that someone would call me back from service but I never received a call. Finally on the 24th, Ted from service gave me an update that a part was ordered and it would be installed on the 25th. There was a lack of communication with collision and service and this left me frustrated. Also, I was not given updates and I believe that there were days my car was never worked on. You had my car for four long weeks. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. And today the low tire pressure light came on.
