I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Iron Oak Collision! Getting into an accident is stressful, but Henry made the entire repair process so much easier. They repaired my vehicle much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. What really stood out to me was how kind, helpful, and easy everyone was to work with. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and made me feel like they genuinely cared. A special thank you for helping me with my rental car as well. That extra help took a lot of stress off my plate, and I truly appreciated you going the extra mile. It’s not often you find a business that combines great workmanship with outstanding customer service, but this team absolutely does. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Excellent customer service and consistent updates on the repair status. They also stayed late on the day we picked up the car because we could not be there by close. Never expected them to do that, but they did and we truly appreciated it. If our family ever needs car repairs again, we will most definitely be coming back.

I assumed when I met with my State Farm agent that I would be taking my wife’s car to the same collision company as the last time but no they said I should take it to Iron Oak Collision because several of their clients had taken their cars there and had nothing but high praise for their service experience. I too was not disappointed. Excellent job and the cost was lower than the estimate and we got the car back a day earlier than promised. If I have to get some collision work done in the future I’ll be seeing you guys again. Thanks a lot.
