You guys were fantastic in all regards. Kept us informed of progress, coordinated with the insurance company, and really did a great job on the repair. The girls in the office were a pleasure to work with. Excellent senses of humor all of them. They really are a great customer facing team! If we ever need another collision repair we'll be back!

Overall satisfied. Car looks great! Only concern was the question of would car be ready by promised day - I did not know for sure until minutes before body shop was closing.

My Experience

My car was repaired perfectly and they even cleaned the inside of my car which was not expected. The ladies in the office were working in the shop while renovations were being done to office in extreme heat when I dropped off car - they apologized for inconvenience. They still managed to be sure I was aware of my cars progress. Repair crew also needs praise for a great job as well. Thank you to everyone at Irwin Collision!!

Truck was returned with no power being out connectivity to either charging port or 12v(lighter outlet), right head light shines at a higher angle then the left after installation, a new dent with paint transfer that likes to have happened after detail, rest of truck was cleaned and had a “waxed “ finish , dent was dull and smudged, which leads me to believe it happened in the parking lot after completion. Black grease “mist “ on inside of windshield where the defogger hits the glass.
