The customer service was good but I felt there was not a lot of communication on their side., I had to call or stop by to get information on my car ready and I get that there’s no guaranteed times when it’s going to be ready, more updates would’ve been helpful since I had to rent a car the entire time.

Very impressed with the service and communication about the repair. Very helpful not to have to call you and burnout to see when it might be done. Very seamless process. Vacuuming the car when the repair was done was a fabulous "extra". Thank you for a job well done.

The work was good. Staff were helpful and polite and kept me informed. Car was thoroughly clean afterwards. One small problem was that there was some fine white overspray on the driver’s side windscreen. It was easily removed with window cleaner.
