My experience at Irwin collision was excellent. Getting hit by a hit-and-run driver was nerve-racking to say the least. The staff at Irwin are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and made a bad situation not so terrible. I was treated like a person…all my questions were answered, I never felt rushed, and the communication throughout the repair process was greatly appreciated! I can’t thank you all enough- even though I didn’t interact with the repair team I have complete confidence in their work. I will definitely recommend Irwin Collision 🙂

The work done was excellent, the service as well. My only gripe is with Toyota. This was the second time I brought my car in with a paint peeling issue. While it was at Irwin, they discovered more peeling paint. They should have repainted the entire car.

They did an outstanding job on the repair, but it took nine weeks. Which threw a monkey wrench in my transportation needs I ended up having to rent a truck just so I could take my boat out and I missed the entire summer of boating and fishing waiting.
