The only thing I’d like to comment about is that when we picked up the car Saturday the car was dirty outside. Still had Autobody dust stuff on it I assume it’s because it was got it. I know you guys really tried how to get us that car on Friday, which we really appreciate as we picked it up Saturday and wanted it done before Monday so it’ll be nice of sometime. We could send the car over there to be detailed on you guys.

Staff in the front were very courteous and very helpful. Responded to every question and everything was good. I only complaint is that the car was dirty outside when we picked it up and not so much inside but I just assumed doing most times if I had had an accident. The cow was detailed inside and out just because of you know the dust and stuff in the center and I know that you guys got the car done Friday for us instead of Monday in a couple things were rushed, but it’s not a big deal but I was a little surprised. The car was dirty and that’s no blame on any of the people in the office. I assume someone just dropped the ball again no big deal but I think it would be nice if you gave us some time we could drop the car off and have it detailed inside it out. I already cleaned it so it’s not a big deal again thank you very much.

Irwin was wonderful! They did a great job with the repair as well as being communicative about what was going on and estimated time of when my car would be done. Would absolutely bring my vehicle there for collision work again (but hopefully I’ll never have to!)

The entire staff affiliated with the repairs to my Kia Sportage were fantastic. I received numerous emails about my vehicle to keep in informed.
