They were helpful and informative. When I had to have my repair rescheduled because a part hadn't come in, I really appreciated that they rescheduled my car rental so I didn't have to.

I did not see the vehicle after it was repaired; however, I was very pleased with Irwin's rapid response time for scheduling the vehicle repairs/effective coordination with my insurance company.

Manage said yeah it is really hard to get those screws in????, not sure if it was the insurance company or Irwin but tried to collect deductible when there should have noy been one collected
