Extremely thorough!! They handled absolutely everything in a timely manner and my truck looked brand new when I picked it up! They even cleaned the inside. They went above and beyond fixing my truck! Would absolutely recommend them!

I had a great experience with Irwins collision center. The customer service was the best. Desiree was so pleasant and super informative. She walked me through the whole process. The other members in the office were very pleasant as well. Irwins kept me informed about the progress on my car and the shop had it done a week early. The quality of the work done was also top notch! Thank you Irwin for a job well done.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived with my car. It’s never easy to have to have repairs done after an accident but, the staff at the IRWIN body shop was supportive and confident that my car would be as good as new! They continuously texted me with updates regarding progress. I only wish that I could have thanked the crew in the body shop for their incredible work! Service and dedication is what IRWIN body shop is all about!

I want to say my experience with Irwin has been absolutely AMAZING. This was my first time going though the collision process, and they answered all of my questions, walked me through each step, and showed me so much patience. I am so grateful for them, and they even finished my car ONE WEEK EARLY before Thanksgiving. Again, I am so thankful for them!! Happy Thanksgiving!
