So far, I'm happy with all the work being done on my car although it's taking a long time to finish. I'm especially happy with Lori in the office who was very helpful to me, especially in April when I didn't know what to do next. I know Bob by name in auto repair, and he has explained things and is very nice. So far, I feel lucky that my car was brought to you although it's so far away for me. Thank you so very much. I still don't know when I'll be able to pick up my car.

After getting in an accident (other driver at fault) Irwin took care of everything and worked with the rental and insurance companies. They were friendly and helpful in addition to doing great and expedient repair. The auto detail was amazing too!! Would definitely recommend and use again.
