The work was done to my satisfaction, but the daily texts and emails asking how satisfied I was with service when I had only dropped the vehicle off and was waiting for work to be done was borderline harassment. I would definitely take that into consideration for anyone looking to use your service

The office crew was very friendly and set everything up from rental to repair back to rental return. All times were met and the repaired car looks like new. A real problem was handled and the whole thing was made simple. Our thanks to the whole crew

They missed the lightbulb on my license plate, and there was something else broken from the accident that was missed some type of pin thing when I went to get my oil and tires rotated. They pointed that out to me. That’s the only thing I noticed that I believe was missed that was damaged by the accident. The other stuff I know was not caused by by accident, but the customer service was great. Everybody was friendly. I would recommend you guys to anybody, but if you see this if there’s a possibility to fix the rest that has not been finished would be great.
