Couldn't get a straight answer on when my vehicle would be completed. After 3 weeks I got the call late Friday afternoon. I had 1 1/2 hours to return the rental and then get to the shop before they closed at 5. Coincidentally (?), repairs to my vehicle were completed on the very last day of my insurance coverage for my rental.
