I would suggest they use the list their insurance company approves and have them get estimates. I have used J and A before and was pleased overall.

I had no problems other than they were not on my approved insurance company list. It took a month bc of the insurance company Also, the front end had not been repaired properly from a previous accident that J and A fixed then. Ir was going to cost me 500 out of pocket but when they realized their error, gave me a 175.00 leaving me with the rest of the 500 to pay. They filed the amount that I paid and insurance reimbursed me within days. I had to call to tell them it was accepted and then call 2 more times to ask about receiving it. The office is very busy but the only receptionist is very polite and tries to please.

I wrote a detailed response already. If this were my business, and I realized I had not fixed the front end properly from a previous accident, I would have made it right without any charge to the customer while still filing with insurance. I would assume the loss if insurance would not cover a previous accident. I did appreciate not having to pay the entire 500 out of my pocket and bc they made another claim, I had nothing to pay out of pocket.
