JC Auto Body since 1987 ,What started as a small three bay operation grew to the point where a brand new, 6,800 sq/ft, shop was built and opened in January 2001 to service the collision needs of an expanding customer base. Two more bays were added in 2008 as JC Auto Body's reputation for top-notch customer service and high quality craftsmanship became well established. Today JC Auto Body employs twelve caring and dedicated professionals, whose focus is making sure your repair is done right the first time and that a stressful (and sometimes complicated) situation has been handled with compassion and integrity. The collision that started this was a hit and run in the Brewer Auditorium parking lot while I was marching in the Veterans Day Parade. No note. Just a crunched in fender. The folks at JC Autobody gave me an estimate which passed my insurance Company’s review and they started on the work when I took the car in. When they called an said my car was ready, I didn’t believe that what they had done! They fully repaired the damage, they cleaned the entire car in a detailing which hadn’t been done in almost two years. They packed all the junk I had in the car and prepared it for removal. This was a well above expectations job!

JC Auto provided ongoing communication throughout the repair process. Their texts were prompt. They handled the communication with the car rental and the insurance company knowing that I didn’t hav to deal with those was a relief. I also had a lovely surprise to find the interior of my car completely cleaned like brand new. These people are awesome, friendly , transparent and efficient. The outside of the car looks great where the damage was. I highly recommend.
