JC Auto Body since 1987 ,What started as a small three bay operation grew to the point where a brand new, 6,800 sq/ft, shop was built and opened in January 2001 to service the collision needs of an expanding customer base. Two more bays were added in 2008 as JC Auto Body's reputation for top-notch customer service and high quality craftsmanship became well established. Today JC Auto Body employs twelve caring and dedicated professionals, whose focus is making sure your repair is done right the first time and that a stressful (and sometimes complicated) situation has been handled with compassion and integrity. When an accident occurs, and you ask yourself the question: "Who cares if my vehicle is repaired right?" We at JC Auto Body can personally say "We Do"!!!

Woman at the desk said they would call when it was done, text said I would get updates. I ended up coming in to find out it was done, but file was on maagers desk waiting for review, but he wasn't in that day.

A few spots were not attended to. But I appreciated the overall service. Also the car sitting in the hot sun caused damage to the paint on the trunk that wasn't there when it was delivered.

In dealing with your co. In regards to who's car it is. It is not my husband's car. His name appears on the title along with mine as does everything we own together. All correspondence with your Co has been with me, Janet . Despite that, you continue, as of I am no one,to ask to speak with my husband in regards to my car. Myself and I think most women, find this degrading and insulting to my intelligence. The work you did was fantastic but your dealing with me, Janet, the owner of the car was by far lacking in respect. My husband has never even driven my car because it is my property not his. And I might note, you had no problem taking my bank card to pay for the work that only has my name on it. You have now been schooled by me on properly dealing with women customers in the future.
