Parts were not ordered correctly. I was given my truck back with missing parts. It seems like Ale is the only one there that speaks in English. I am still waiting for them to call me back and finish the work on my truck like they promised on day one.

I have taken different vehicles to J&D Collision and never have had any issues afterwards or during repairs. The vehicles come out as if they were new. The level of professionalism is one of the best iv’e seen. I travel nearly 18.5 miles just to take my vehicles in when i have shops just 1.0 miles from my homes. That itself speaks volumes of J&D. Highly recommend.

The only concern I had and I did bring it up to her attention is the updates on my vehicle. I understand that it's all a working process, and that the young ladies are busy, but all the updates I got I had to call. That was my only negative thought I have. work on that a bit better and all will be better.
