The customer service we received was great. Leonardo took care of our claim from the start . He coordinated the car rental even when we had to extend the time . He made sure someone would pick us up at the auto shop so we could get the loaner car. He also kept us informed as to the progress of the repairs. Also, it was a pleasure meeting Frank who my husband knew from previous times there. Also like to add that the actual work was great and it looks great too.

They were quick to find the key fob, but I had to go home to get my spare key in order to get in the car. When I told them about the state of the inside of the car, I was given an apology, and it was blamed on the detailing place.
