We believe the vehicle was repaired correctly and the service was good. However, we believe we were deceived and the extra cost of using our credit card should have been explained up front or at the time of payment. We could have paid in an other method to save ourselves the $30. Money is crucial in our family and the check out person should have communicated this to us. Maybe Jack Demmer can Mae up for this and give us a gift certificate or free oil change to compensate for this poor communication by the dealerships part? Thanks
