My repairs were not actually complete when I was called and told I could pick up my car. I was not even 5 minutes away and had to call Jack Demmer because my car is shaking when I break. I have been inconvenienced with having to take it back for them to tell me that I need new rotors. Since then I have noticed that the repair to my broken window was not done properly. The metal molding should have been replaced because it has dents and scratches. Not to mention it wasn't aligned properly. It is lifted and not completely sealed.
