The reason for the rating is not for my agent. He was fine. But, the person scheduling my rental car did not do anything in advance even though I had made my appointment the week before. It was irritating.

My seats were dirty and there were scratches all over my car

The car was absolutely disgusting inside. I'm not concerned with the outside being dirty, but on the inside the carpets were completely covered in a white powder dust like substance. There was paint on the dash as if someone took their finger and wired it off. There was leather scraps and other trash laying on the floor that I know wasn't there when I dropped the car off. My own tool kit I kept in my trunk, unopened was ripped apart, my own tool used and tossed on the floor under my seat. It was a joke.

I loved the updates on the progress of my car repair. Transportation to and from Jack Demmer was great and helpful. I cannot remember who took me home when I left my car at Demmer. Jason picked me up today and was (as both were) friendly. My car was really clean, inside and out. Cleaner than when I brought it to Demmer.
