I was given three different dates for the completion of my repairs. My car was completed on the initial date I was quoted, which was two days earlier than I expected. Each time I visit, the completion dates is never accurate. This is a hassle and inconvenience. I don't like giving the rental car company free fuel!!!

Panel repaired has alignment issues on driver's side. There are also paint blemishes on the passenger side. I am going to Contact the repair facility on Monday 26 Oct. 2015.

The customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so helpful. Dan was always there to answer any questions I had. If he did not pick up the phone he always make sure he got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Also I do not remember his name but he brought me my car and it would not start due to it sitting for a while and he helped me get it back started. I am really satisfied with your company and the employees you have staffed there.
