Professional service all the way from the Administrative to the individuals performing the work itself.

Small trim alignment issue on the interior of the passenger door. Brought it to Manager Chris' attention and he addressed it himself.. Issue was use of the incorrect scew which stopped the trim piece from being fully seated, which caused the misalignment. Chris had it rectified within 7-8 minutes, and offered an apology for the inconvenience. Again, handled very professionally which was appreciated.

Very satisfied....... came back extremely clean ........ has been running perfectly thus far........ It did take 1 month to complete would be only negative....... I felt better when I started getting e-mails from office letting me know the status of repair ........ liked that communications!

I’ve gone through this shop before and never had a problem until this repair. I’m not pleased with how my vehicle was retuned to me.

My car was returned to me with missing clips in the back side panel so wires were exposed. The after market piece that was placed on the outside doesn’t sit right with the vehicle. As well as my car was entirely detailed before given back to me which I appreciate besides the one door that was actually worked on and was left dirty with markings on the inside and the window with a layer of dust.
